1. Free Buying, Quality Check and Storage

Customers can place order through 1717buy.com to buy any products from China B2B/B2C websites like 1688.com/Taobao.com/ Weidian App/goofish.com without an extra costs. Customers have options to select to pay for extra service (Quality check service & Priority buying) or not. If you dont pay for our extra service, you just need to pay for products price on the above products resource websites.

Customers can buy different items on different time and combine all items to ship (for saving shipping costs), we can do Free Storage Service for 15 days. If more than 15 days, we will remind customers to finish order process as soon as possible. It is allowed to pay for longer Storage Service.

2. Ater Quality Check Service

Once we provided your QC(quality check) photos, you have options to Exchange, Cancel or Accept.

Exchange (Charge 30CNY): When you think the item come with flaw or not that perfect, you can click Exchange, we will return the item to seller and buy another one at same time. we charge 30CNY because the seller will not afford the domestic express fee, you have to pay for domestic express fee for return and rebuy.

Cancel (Charge 20CNY): If you dont like the item after seeing QC photos, you can click cancel, that will charge you 20CNY service fee. because we need to work on return and pay for return express fee.

Accept : If you confirmed QC photos all good, just click button Accept, 1717buy team will pack your items and measure weight to give you quotation of international shipping costs.

3. Select Shipping Method
After customers confirmed QC photos and clicked button Accept, our team will pack all items according your quantity, maybe more than 1 package. we will pack them according our experience to make sure customers pay less internation shipping costs. We will quote for different shipping methods, for cheaper price or for faster shipping.

4. Shipping Insurance Service
 Customers have options to pay for Shipping Insurance.  If packages was seized by customs,  we can compensate 100% to rebuy and resend. If customers didn't for for Shipping Insurance but package seized by customs,  we will compensate 40CNY  per kg for the package,  and we will not return shipping costs.
